Work

Six case studies: three clients and my own estate. That's the real roster, and I'd rather you knew it up front. Every build here exists and runs, the numbers are counted, and the method behind each one is on the claims page. Anywhere a prototype appears on this site, it's labelled a prototype.

The six split three ways: my own business, two clients who agreed to be named, and one I keep anonymous, described by what it does. Start to finish, including the engagement that ended.

Skool of Drool

A named client, ongoing. One owner, two brands, one operating system, and the only case here with the customer saying the number on camera. Routes out at 07:30 before anyone drives, 13 automations running unattended. The metric is Google reviews, measured, with the rating held the whole way.

Creator Akatemia

A coaching company in Finland, and a free pilot paid for with a testimonial. Their monthly three-day event took the founders hours spread over at least a week to set up by hand. She'd assumed the build would take about a month. It went in inside a day, and she said so on video.

02 · My own business

The first client was me. Everything I sell was proven here before it was offered to anyone else, and every money figure on this site is mine, from my own books.

The audit and the migration

Before touching anyone else's stack I audited my own: 4 of 215 automations had actually run in the previous month. So I archived 37,160 contacts and imported 9,446 with 0 errors, over one weekend, import log kept.

Thirty-six million words

Every recording my business ever made, transcribed and indexed: 7,801 recordings, 5,031 transcripts, 241,371 searchable chunks. All on my own machine, zero API cost, and the audio never left the building. It surfaced 8 customer pain points nobody had found by hand and feeds 72 live articles.

The exam platform

71 questions, 90 points auto-graded and the rest marked by a person. No result reaches a candidate until a named human green-lights it, and that gate is written into the code. The certificate reissue flow is live and takes payment today: application, checkout, approval, delivery by a link only the buyer gets.

Handed over

An organisation with a large member network hired me to build their platform. Built, cut over, handed over properly, with 2 full rehearsals before production; the second caught defects the first structurally couldn't. The final cutover moved every image with nothing left on the old host. The client isn't named here, so the page describes the engineering.
