Problems I fix
These are the eight problems owner-run businesses bring me, in their own words. Behind each one is a receipt: a live system, a screenshot of one, or a prototype that admits what it is.
Two of these pages also tell you what I haven't proven yet, in the first screen, before anything else. Where I can't show you a shipped system, I say so. The other six open onto systems running today, with things you can click from the page.
“We've already spent on AI and still don't have working systems”
The receipt: an audit of my own stack that found 4 of 215 automations actually running. I cancelled the dead ones before I built a thing.
