Terms of Use
Last updated 19 August 2026. These cover the website. Consulting work runs under a separate written agreement, signed before it starts.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by FULKRAM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17405539. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Contact us through the form on the site.
The content is information, not advice
Everything here is general information about work done and the approach taken. It is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.
Case studies, numbers and testimonials
The results described are from specific engagements and from our own businesses. They are what happened in those circumstances. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of what would happen in yours. Your business is not mine, and a lot of what decides the result is not in anyone's hands.
Where a client is named, it is with their consent. Where a client is not named, that is a choice we explain on the page, and those engagements are described without identifying detail. Every number on the site is catalogued with its source on the claims page.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Sending the contact form, or any exchange that follows, creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Work begins only when scope, price and terms are agreed in writing.
Availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code, wordmark and logo belong to FULKRAM LTD unless stated otherwise. Quote short extracts with attribution, and link freely. Do not republish it wholesale. Client names and marks belong to their owners and appear with permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
