Tell me the job you keep doing by hand. I'll build the thing that does it.
I'm Dylan, one person, based in the UK. A coaching company's monthly event setup used to take its founders hours spread over at least a week. I had it running within about 21 hours. I'll tell you straight what's worth doing in your business, sometimes the honest answer is nothing at all, and then I build it and stay to grow it. Every claim on this site has a receipt you can check.

The four biggest, in your words
“We've already spent on AI and still don't have working systems”
“Our data lives in six places and none of them agree”
“I'm drowning in admin. My evenings are gone”
“The answer's in there somewhere and someone has to go find it”

One person who reads your numbers and builds the fix
I read a P&L the way you do
A million-pound studio and an online business I still run, since 2008. So I'll tell you where AI is worth the money and where it plainly isn't, in numbers you recognise.
I'll tell you what to ignore
Sometimes the answer is one small automation, sometimes a cheaper tool, sometimes nothing at all. I'd rather lose the build than sell you one you don't need.
Then I actually build it
Not a deck and a handshake. Everything on this site I built myself, in my own business or a client's, and it's still running. Working systems, documented and handed over, yours to keep.
And most of my work turns into a long relationship, started small.
First piece is fixed price, typically £750 to £1,500. Then the next thing, scoped the same way. Later, if it's earned, I'm your person for this.
The message that replaced the paper diaries
Skool of Drool is a dog daycare. 3 vans, 10 pickup areas, and routes that used to live in paper diaries. Now the day's routes are generated and dispatched at 07:30, before anyone gets in a van. 151 route records so far. And when a stop can't be assigned, the board shows it as unassigned and a person decides what to do with it.
“You've took it to somewhere that I never expected it to be able to go to.”
Viviana, owner of Skool of Drool, filmed with her consent in July 2026. She puts the time it gave her back at about three hours a day. She said it on camera; I never measured it myself. The dispatch board above is the thing she was sure couldn't be automated.
