I reply within one working day, usually the same day. And if the honest answer is that you don't need me, that's the reply you'll get.

What happens next: I reply with a few questions, or a time for a short call. After that you get a straight read and, if it's worth doing, a fixed price and a date in writing before anything starts.

Your message is kept in Fulkram's own database and my inbox, never shared or sold. What's kept, and for how long. I work with owner-run businesses across the UK, mostly remotely, and most first questions are answered on the questions page.
